JapNep is a digital company that was built to connect Nepal with outside world through technology. JapNep is defined by our insistence on providing a valued customer experience. Hence, in the field of technology, we are focusing to help Japanese Software Companies to build and develop their digital platforms such that we work and manage to deliver the product on scheduled time along with Japanese level management and working environment with lower cost than that in Japan. We are glad to have people in our management team who knows about Japan, Japanese people and about the working standards in Japan. Other than that the wall of language barrier between Nepal and Japan is also being managed.

Kumud Joshi holds Master’s degree in Information and Technology from Waseda University, Japan, and B.E. degree in Electrical & Electronics from India. He lived for more than 13 years in Tokyo and Hamamatsu, Japan.
Rajesh Joshi is a senior entrepreneur who pioneered to establish Nepal’s first internet company thamel.com in 1999. At JapNep, he heads the team and will use his extensive networks to bring the best mind in techs for valued projects.
Manish Ghimire is Engineer and graduated from Shizuoka University, Japan. Currently residing in Hamamatsu, Japan, manages overseas clients specially in Japan and plays important role in communications and offshore marketing for the company.
Amit Prajapati is an experienced Sr. Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the IT industry over a decade. Highly Skilled and experienced, he can be challenged with any kind of custom software development in any industries.
Sailesh Shakya is Senior Application Developer with above 6 years of experience in the Development of Android & iOS Applications. Very good understanding of Android Back-end and UI guidelines, he is expertise in developing geo location and hardware-based apps.
